		Take the US-101 S toward SAN FRANCISCO.
		Merge onto I-580 E toward RICHMOND BR / OAKLAND.	17 miles
		Stay to the Left on I-580 E toward CA-24 / DOWNTOWN OAKLAND HAYWARD-STOCKTON. Make sure you don’t get off on the 980 exit!	2.6 miles
		Take the OAKLAND AVE exit toward PIEDMONT.	0.2 miles
		Turn LEFT onto OAKLAND AVE.	0.2 miles
		End at 654 Oakland Ave Oakland, CA 94611
		By Bart and Bus:
		From SanFrancisco, you can either take the P bus line, or bart to Macarther or Lake Merritt Bart. From the Macarther Bart Station Take the 12 bus line. This runs every 20 minutes on weekdays and every half hour on weekends until 7pm
		From the Lake Merritt Bart Station Take the 11 Bus line. This runs every 20 minutes on weekdays and every half hour on weekends until 7pm
