Laura Maples is a Reiki Master with over 20 years of nursing practice in the intensive care units of hospitals across the country. Reiki is a subtle healing technique which utilizes positional hand placement to direct universal life force thereby re-aligning and balancing the body's energy centers.

A gifted hands-on healer and spiritual counselor, she is also trained in the Cherokee shamanic traditions and wise women ways of the Appalachias. Her practice consists of these  modalities as well as the magic derived from being a Priestess in the Reclaiming Wiccan tradition for over a decade.
